I used to like this place, I would drive down from Temecula to come here. they always did a great job on my nails, not very welcoming but they did a great job. This time around the lady did a horrible job on my nails and feet. Kim did gel on my toes, she rushed through my pedicure and didn’t allow my nails to set correctly so by the time I got home my toe nail was smudged which it shouldn’t have because it’s gel. Also she cut my toe nails a funky shape that I didn’t ask for, my toe nails are already naturally square and she gave me a coffin cut on one side of my big toe nails and some of the other smalls toes are like that to. Looks weird. I only asked to cut my toe nails down now shape it. Brian is awesome with finger nails. One star for Kim and 5 for brian.

Customer service was terrible I got a regular pedicure and gel nails for the pedicure they charged me the price it says$30 but for the gel nails they charged me $50 was supposed to be $30, the lady didn’t even did the designed I asked for she said it’s ok pretty nails very close not same never same but close ok it’s ok. I’ll attach pics what ask vs what a got. Very simple design. They still charged me $80 for both my toes nails are not even fully painted.

Very popular place, which is great! I did a walk in for a fill. Didn't wait very long. I asked for a glitter background with a purple chrome French tip. She was a perfectionist with my nails which I loved. They came out fantastic! 🩷☺️

I went back to this salon after some time away. They used to do a great job, but this visit was disappointing. We called ahead since it was late, and they said they could still take us. The lady who did my toes rushed, didn’t let them soak long, and left some nails square and others rounded. The massage was disappointing. I also paid for callus removal, but my feet still feel rough. The tech who did my nails was in a hurry and kept talking about being ready to go home. Both my nails and toes look rushed. You can see it in the pictures. Sad that I don’t have a reliable spot to go when I visit town anymore! And to ease the blow I asked for a glass of champagne, but they ended up giving it to me after the services. Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience here. I asked for a gel x full set and cat eye nail polish. The older gentleman did my nails and was pretty nice and I left happy with my nails. The next day I was taking my retainer out in the morning and my thumb nail came off from my left hand. I decided to give the shop another chance to fix it and the same gentleman fixed it and stated that since my natural nail was half broken off water was getting in between the gel x nails and my natural nail resulting in the nails falling off. This nail has always been like this and I have NEVER had issues with my nails falling off the very next day. The gentleman proceeded to fix my nail and didn’t charge me which was nice and I again left pretty happy and satisfied. Please note that while I was waiti
