Joy Nails

Rachel does a wonderful job each and everytime I schedule my pedicure and nail services. She is accommodating to my request and does a wonderful job. I’ve been a customer since the 90’s, and I can confidently say that I’ve experienced professional services every visit. Julie and her team do a wonderful job with clients in creating a personable experience with each visit.

Absolutely horrible service. Hannah is the rudest in there and acts like the owner but is not. She shouldn’t be sitting in the front greeting people. She seems to be the only rude one. But Everyone in there does not know how to do nails and they should not allow them to until they are fully trained. I allowed someone else to do my nails because I didn’t want to wait and I understand now why she had no clients. Absolutely horrible. To allow someone to put acrylic on your nails that doesn’t know what they are doing and then have to take it off is just horrible. Waste of both of our times. I’m never going back.

Hana was no longer working at Joy Nails on the date that negative review was posted about her. I know because I’m a long time customer of Hana’s and she now works at Melinda Nail 2. Hana is the best! That’s why I’ve followed her to the place she works at now.

DO NOT GO TO RACHEL🚨‼️!!!! She is rude and unprofessional. Lazy and not worthy of working under someone with a business. She will not make any changes if you do not like the outcome. She does not put effort into taking care of your feet. She made me feel uncomfortable and super emotional after a long stressful day at work. I asked her to accommodate a nail I didn’t like and she gave me a nasty attitude and shouted at me. It was embarrassing and my feelings were hurt.😢

My husband brought me here as a "because I love you" surprise, and I fell in love with the warm atmosphere & kind staff instantly. I left my phone there by mistake after my appt, and the sweet lady who did my nails kept it safe over the weekend, & returned it when I came back. My second visit was on Christmas eve recently, & the vibes were just as amazing as my first visit. I now have a nail salon home 🫶🏾
