Deeply Disappointed After 10+ Years of Loyalty I’ve been coming to this salon for over a decade and have always appreciated the kindness and professionalism—especially from Amy, who has always treated me with respect. Unfortunately, my experience today was the complete opposite. I stopped in during the middle of the day on a Monday, something I’ve done many times before without an appointment and never had an issue. Jenny was working and was extremely rude from the moment I walked in. When I politely explained that I had been accommodated in the past without an appointment, she ignored me, turned her head away, and acted visibly annoyed. When I asked what time they could take me, she continued ignoring me, threw the appointment book down, and kept turning away as if I was bothering her.

I was really disappointed with my experience here. Just two days after getting my nails done, the polish started peeling off. For the price, I expected much better quality and longer-lasting results. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

They do a great job at a reasonable price. They never rush my service and are very friendly. This is the best nail salon in the area.

I came here for the first time today for a pedicure and I’m just blown away by how NICE this salon is. The employees are so kind, it is SO clean…just a night and day difference to what I’m used to. Thank you Lynn for a beautiful job I will most definitely be back.
