I won't be shopping here any more, I bought a wig from this store 1/15/26 and in the top of the wig a big plug of hair began to come out as if it was just glued and place up there. I have been wearing and buying wigs for over thirty years at different stores, never had this to happened any where else that I have ever purchase a wig from, only this store. They say no refund, a matter of fact I purchase two wigs and some other things, my total came up to be $107.57,never will I shop here again I have to buy a wig where am not going to have to worry about plugs of hair falling out, this was the store in Hampton, 3312 W Mercury Blvd Hampton VA.

I visited this store a week ago. It was no 'joy' to shop in this store. First, the carpet/floor is very soiled and filthy. Many of the displayed wigs looked dirty as they had lint and debris on top of them. They also display a sign stating all sales are final. Therefore, there is no return policy. And just like another wig shop I recently visited and reviewed, they require you to purchase a wig cap before trying on the wigs. I find this unacceptable because shoe stores and shoe departments provide footies free of charge when trying on shoes. Why isn't it the same for wig shops? It's the principle of the matter. Lastly, I was able to browse the store without anyone hovering around me most of the time. But towards the end of my visit a middle aged Asian woman began to follow me as I br

I went there because a friend referred me to go there and the hair selection was large, but I was supposed to get 10% off and never received it.

Great prices and huge selection. Staff was very helpful. I love the hair I was able to purchase for my daughter, also the hair jewelry, mask and sunglasses for myself.
