I visited 33 Micro Spa today for my very first deep tissue massage, and it was an amazing experience. My session was with Journey With Me LLC, Alex Zelaya truly exceeded my expectations. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns and explained in detail what was causing them, which I really appreciated. The pressure was absolutely perfect, and he made me feel comfortable, safe, and—most importantly—completely relaxed throughout the entire session. Had a 90 min session with Alex focusing on posterior chain. Immediately following, I could feel that the tension I walked out with was VASTLY less than what I walked in with. Felt my lats and hips loosen up throughout the session as well as everything else we worked on. I’ve never been able to have anyone massage my calves as they’re always extremely sensitive, however Alex is clearly an expert at his craft as he identified the tension and started light, working his way up while identifying knots and tightness. His knowledge was apparent as he was able to explain everything in a way that showed his understanding of this field while also allowing me to understand exactly what he was talking about. 150% recommend.

Alex is incredibly skilled and professional. The pressure is always perfect, and you can tell he really knows what he’s doing. He’s also wonderful to talk to and makes you feel completely comfortable. I always leave feeling relaxed and pain free. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Alex is the guy to go to if you’re an athlete or bodybuilder who needs relief from an injury or just want to maintain flexibility and optimal recovery. He’s super friendly, he knows the various muscle groups well and will even build a custom recovery plan just for you. I went in with a messed up shoulder and tight pecs and by the end of our first session I was feeling noticeably better. Highly recommend him!!

This was my first ever sports massage, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Alex made me feel extremely comfortable from the start and talked me through the entire process, which really put me at ease. I walked out feeling like a completely new person.
