Journey Salon

Left several messages to return my calls to schedule an appointment. No response at all. Called the salon at different times during a typical work day. No one ever answered the phone. Very disappointing.

I have never had a bad experience at Journey Salon! I've had my hair cut, styled, and highlighted there as well as pedicures, eyebrow waxing and chair massages! I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a place to go for anything they have to offer. Great positive friendly atmosphere!

The stylists seem to want to be there. The lady I sat down with was happy enough to indulge my personal taste in weird hair and made my vague idea look great. Small talk was available and of actual value, but not mandatory or forced. The new place on Loony is pretty comfortable, and the decor is a posh modernism with colorful accents done right. I'm occasionally concerned about going to an actual salon if my wallet is a bit light, but a basic cut and style is quite reasonably priced for the quality of service. I'll be a regular customer as long as I'm in Piqua.

The staff at Journey Salon aim to make their clients feel welcome, comfortable and walk out the door feeling fantastic about themselves. The stylists maintain professionalism but still make it a priority to build relationships with their clients. They work with their clients to reach the desired outcomes. This family friendly salon is the perfect place for haircuts, color, nails, makeup and skin care. This is by far my favorite salon.

I really enjoyed my time at Journey Salon. The place was very clean, super cute, had GREAT hair products, and very reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly, relaxed, and interested in giving you the hairstyle that YOU want. I will be going here from now on!! :-)
