A Heartbreaking Experience I came to this salon with long, healthy, one-length, natural-colored hair that I had been growing for five years. I left with severely burned and lifeless hair that now needs to be cut almost completely off. This has been truly devastating for me. When I returned to the salon to discuss what had happened, I was met with zero sympathy. The staff acted as if they didn’t understand my concerns. They applied a treatment that only made things worse—a piece of my hair just came off after the process, maybe because of blow-drying. I followed up with an email to refund, still have not received any response. This was an awful experience, both emotionally and physically. Sadly, it feels like to them, you’re just another transaction, not a person.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!! I had the pleasure of working with Savannah Mills for the first time today and she absolutely saved my hair! I had a hair show yesterday where my hair was bleached, colored, toned, and had temporary pink underneath. It looked great for the event, but afterward, my hair was left dry, damaged, and in desperate need of help. I called Joule Salon last minute this morning, and they were kind enough to get me in at 9:30 AM! Savannah was incredibly kind, gentle, and truly treated my hair with care. She removed the pink, brought me back to a clean, natural-looking color, and gave me a soft, healthy style I can comfortably grow out. I cannot express my deepest gratitude to Joule Salon for getting me and repairing damage another Salon did to my hair. I had a root touch up and highlight placed that tired the color of a shiny new penny. They were kind enough to squeeze me in to color correct and blend the atrocious job. I cannot recommend this salon with higher accolades. They are 💯! Rayeh was my primary stylist but Leslie tagged team to get my color correction and hair feeling smooth just in time. Thank you to the beautiful salon owner for getting me in. I will be a FOREVER customer 💜💜💜💜💜

Ive had some good and some bad experiences here, and when it comes to your hair, the bad ones are hard. I recommend if you're doing something short that you don’t go here. I went for a bixie/pixie cut and she took too much off the back bottom of my hair, and it was clear in my example pictures I didn’t want that. it changed the whole look of the haircut and my hair is so short there that there’s nothing I can do but wait for it to grow back. I might come back to see the girl who helped me fix the cut a little bit, but I think I’m done coming here all together. I know the girl who cut it is good at doing bobs and longer hair, and maybe she just misunderstood what I wanted. I’ve also had a terrible experience when I got a bob cut with a different hairdresser, my hair was completely uneven

I had an amazing experience with Christine! She listened carefully to what I wanted and gave thoughtful suggestions based on her expertise. The end result was better than I could have imagined—my hair looks and feels incredible! She also made the whole experience fun and relaxing. I highly recommend Christine to anyone looking for someone who goes above and beyond. I’ll definitely be returning!
