Went here for a blowout. $70. I didn't mind paying the only thing that did bug me the wrong way was that I told the women that was doing my hair that I wanted the heat protective in my hair BEFORE she started blowing drying it. The lady gonna do it after like that make any sense and for that I will not be coming back just because she can't do the most basic shit I told her to do. Don't act like you know my hair better than me when we don't even have the same hair texture.

Horrible experience. The owner was rude, they don’t understand what you’re telling them. Would never go back. Would have tip them if they were just courteous, but they weren’t.. The owner cursed at me in Spanish. Thinking I don’t understand her. You don’t know who comes into your store treat people with respect. Horrible Horrible place. Stay away!

Was so disappointed when I got my hair dyed a bright red when I asked for dark cherry red. I came back and they refused to give a refund because of them messing up my hair for the occasion of Eid and they also took out one of my gold earrings — by accident. I told them beforehand I can’t take my piercings out because they’re sensitive. They also upcharged me the second day I came back after they turned me away (for not having enough time on Sunday). They kept blaming me and my hair when they could’ve turned me away from the start and literally said take $50/$200 for a totally different red color hair dye or leave the salon! Very rude and disrespectful — tried to give me excuses before giving some money back like the owner is on vacation and can’t pick up or do anything about money while b

I love everybody EXPECT this one. Whoever she is. I bring my daughter in for a wash. She starts doing it.. I’m looking at my phone then look back up my daughter is in full blown tears. I rush over like what’s wrongs.. she’s like “she’s hurting me” the lady is going to say she’s crying because it’s something in her eye and her hair is “knotty”& that I could have the short skinny one wash her hair. I quickly told Her to switch. & explained that my daughters hair is natural.. not permed.. pressed.. straightened.. so if you couldn’t handle this type of hair why call her from her seat to begin with? If you see her hair is tangled take your time with my Child .. not just snatch the damn comb through her head and then try to tell me some B.S as to why she’s crying. UNBELIEVABLE. I try to be as hu

The service at this salon is great. I was fortunate enough to walk in and get my hair services done without an appointment nor having to wait a long time. The beauticians were very friendly and polite. I loved how my hair turned out and will be going back there soon.
