Triple AAA Café in Carrollton, TX! GREAT lunch, conveniently located!

These are all types of offices in here. Due to the design of sign on street, it's hard to see and you may miss it, unless you know exactly where it's at.

I took my mother for an appointment to visit with Dr. Curtiss ( Dermatology ) she really loved the fact that it was so clean, employees greeted her with love, and Dr. Curtiss helped ease her concerns and that he was very knowledgeable in his field. Mom and I are definitely coming back!

Update 4/27/18 Now the building has put locks on their hallway restrooms! This is the bumbest thing I’ve ever seen! So the people who work in the building can’t go out to the hall and use the restroom without a key! And people that come into the building for business can’t get into the restrooms Smdh so ridiculous! I hate when cheap owner have a business if you can’t afford to own the building are run it the right way! Please sell it to someone that can afford to own it! I use the hallway bathroom because the lock on the restroom in our office hasn’t been fixed by maintenance so you get locked in! But now you have to announce to the whole office your going to the restroom because you need a key to get in a hallway restroom of a public restroom! Full of Drs office Dentist etc! You will loos

Nice building, conveniently located. Quite a numerous amount of offices, with a good variety of businesses. Offices themselves are nice, and spacious.
