I’ve been going to Joseph for years now, and he is the only person I trust when it comes to cutting my hair. He truly listens, takes his time, and you can tell he is genuinely passionate about the art of hair. In the past, I’ve gone to many stylists, explained exactly what I wanted, and somehow ended up with the complete opposite. I’ve even left salons in tears and avoided getting haircuts for a while because I lost trust in the process. Joseph completely changed that for me. He makes you feel heard, comfortable, and confident that you’re in the right hands. I can honestly say I won’t go to anyone else when it comes to my hair, he is a magician/wizard for hair. Thank you, Joseph! And the entire team there is always so incredibly kind and welcoming. Such a great experience every time.

Last night, when I came home and saw what Joseph did to the back of my hair, I cried. I wanted to have layers all the way from my shoulders down. This is what he did (picture from today, before washing) and I won't be able to let my hair down at least for 6 months ... my hair looks like the skirt in the picture. And he won't refund the $200 I paid. (Had I realized what he did l, I wouldn't have paid but since I saw it too late, I asked for a refund. He said no.) Offers a correction cut. To do what? To turn it into a mini skirt? Huh.

This was my first time at Joseph and Friends and first time going to Ernesto. I have been to several stylist over rhe past couple years, brought the picture, and left with a haircut that looked nothing like i showed them... not a bad cut but not what I asked for. Until Ernest... he listed, he discussed, he reviewed... and he cut my hair as I asked him to. Usually, there would be nerves when going to a new stylist for the first time but he made me feel immediately at ease. Is he inexpensive? Nope. But my haircut is something for which, I am willing to pay.

I trust Jan to style my hair for all important occasions! Githa works hard to make sure appointments are made and confirmed. Thank you ladies! I am not one of the regulars at the Salon, but have visited the salon over the past 20+ years for some services. They always treat me warmly, with the utmost courtesy and always professional!! This Salon is a true gem for our area - highly recommend them! Wishing Joseph and friends continued success!

I've always wanted a perm and today Jan made my dreams come true! She patiently put hundreds of rods in my hair and answered all my questions about curly hair care. We were the last ones in the shop but Jan still took the care needed to get a lovely result. I'm so grateful!
