Jo's Nails

I’ve been going here for about a year and let me just say I’ve enjoyed my time every time I come. I usually go to Tiffany and she is the sweetest! Other places I’ve been to have made me feel bad about speaking up for how I want me nails done but Tiffany goes above and beyond to accommodate me. This place is VERY PROFESSIONAL and have AMAZING customer service!!! Their prices are very affordable and they engage in conversation so you’re not awkwardly sitting there. They take good care of me here and I have NEVER walked out unsatisfied. I get so many compliments and I’m always quick to recommend people to come here!! Photos from my most recent visit!! 10/17

After having several booking issues with my usual nail tech I decided to be brave and try a new place and I am so glad I did! Tiffany did such an amazing job on my nails!! And Jo tag teamed with my 3D design! They have great customer service and even the other clients were friendly everyone feels welcome and comfortable! I’ve been getting so many compliments! This will for sure be my new place to go! Jo and Tiffany congratulations on your new business!! You are going to be very successful! Got my nails done Friday 10/7 about 10:30am by 5:30pm my nail polish was chipping and coming off!!! They put gel polish over dip nails and the polish did not last at all!! That is not professional at all went back the next day to get it fixed spoke with Tiffany she did the exact same thing !! I asked her why would dhr do the same the the First Lady did she said she could not do my nails over because she had clients!!! Even thou my nails cost me $70 and clearly they were not done correctly !!! Very piss poor service I would not recommend them at all!!! They did nothing to correct their mistake they had made!! My nails cost $79 and ship the very first day that is so unfair that I had to pay for services that was done correctly!!!!!! Please stay away from this place!!!! I had to come home and

I've been coming here for about 2 months. I've made all of my appointments with Tiffany and I truly cannot say enough good things about her! She is so sweet and funny and welcoming! Her skill and her attention to detail really shows. The quality of her work is only proven further by how long my nails last ! Most recently, I had the pleasure of working with both Tiffany and Jo for a nail design that they worked with me to achieve! I'm so so very happy with my experience and will continue coming here for the foreseeable future!
