Jo's Barber Shop

Today was my first visit. Called about walk ins, had an opening. cha Ching! Asked if there was anyone there that could cut hair with scissors because I’ve been getting clipper cuts for too long. To my surprise both barbers were using scissors. Mallorie did a fantastic job putting some layers to my Bob cut. 😂

So I have had my hair cut done here many times. I have had my hair cut here with Alyssa and she was a pleasure every time. This time I come in and get here and show a picture of myself that she cut before. I Walked out of there very frustrated. Looking nothing like the pictures. So Alyssa had another worker come over to help. She didn't do anything to help. Again Alyssa kept her cool. Even though her team mate didn't help and one worker Mallory said very snarky you don't want me to come over there. I thought this place cared. Over worked and under paid is all I see. For a worker to not have help that she needs just kind of sad. So things are out of her control. Did she cut my hair to short sure. But for Alyssa to not feel supported and hung out high and dry is unacceptable. Was I unhappy.

We have been coming for my three boys’ and my husband’s hair for 5 years. We have seen every barber - Alyssa, Mallory, Haley, and Kayla - and they have delivered amazing service across the board! We have felt supported and listened to for every need. They can handle wiggly kids with ease and create the perfect style for my husband and older kids. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have been coming to Jo's Barber shop every couple weeks for a few months now and everyone here is always very nice and the shop is always clean and tidy. My barber Alyssa is just amazing she is always in a great mood and always gives me a fantastic haircut!

Very quick, I was able to stop in on my lunch break and be in and out within 30 minutes. I didn't have much hair to cut or style, but I was able to get the cut and a beard trim done in that time. I'll definitely be returning.
