I've been to the Pine St. location twice. Both times I got someone who didn't speak English. They pretended they understood and proceeded to do exactly what I asked them not to.

We had the best experience. It was my son's first haircut. Even though he was screaming most of the time they were so patient and kind. Even reassuring mom that this was completely normal and he was doing great.
