TLDR; I live in Saint Louis, I travel for work... let's just say, this was the best pedicure I've ever had and I will plan future work trips around my pedicure needs. I just had the Luxury Collagen Pedicure & it was worth every penny. With that being said, I always get the top tier package when I get pedicures -- I love hot stones & paraffin wax. They're just musts for me when I am pampering myself! This was a glorious 2.5 hour service, granted I walked in on a slow, rainy Wednesday night. I did not feel rushed, despite them closing before the end of my service (only by 30 min!) Nancy kept the conversation to a minimum, which was nice as I was getting some work done on my laptop. Super sensational experience! I received the Deluxe Pedicure service. Joey provided very attentive service with very observance to details. Feet and leg messages were top notch. I feel so relaxed, I actually want to take a nap now😂.

I took me and 3 girls in i had told them we was doing the 30 dollar pedicure with no gel and the 35 for myself which i didnt even get paint. A total of 125 plus tax at the end of it I was charged 158. I called and they told me 1 girl asked for a gel which she told me she said no the regular 30 dollar pedicure. Even if she done the gel it would of only been 140 so obviously I got charged 18 dollars in taxes and they failed to listen to the mother paying the bill. If a parent says do the 30 dollar one do the 30 dollar one!! Next time ill make sure to call around for pricing.. unfortunately I was not happy with my visit besides the young man who done mine he did do a good job...... excuse me the 5th was 2 years old you painted her nails in leave of not painting mine i would of had mine painte

Worst place EVER. Went in for dip nails. Not enough employees, so waited 20 minutes for service, they left me to soak another 30 minutes. Waited another 15 before starting and absolutely shredded the skin around my cuticles. NOT with the dremel, but with the emery board. I jerked a couple of times and he never even looked up...never spoke. I should've walked out, but I didn't want to be rude. Jeez, why didn't I just leave?! I ALWAYS tip, even if I'm not happy with the service, but I didn't this day. It has been 2 days and I have fought the urge to post this review, but my fingers hurt so bad. I am praying they don't become infected. I didn't get his name because I won't be returning..obviously. I will try to attach photos of my nail beds.

This is the worst experience I've had a nail salon in a long time. I waited over .5 and hour before they even gave us colors to look at and then another to even start on us.Then we played musical chair from seat to seat. My nails were cut shorter than I asked and when I asked for them to be longer as a got fake nails she refused to take them off and redo them and then I was moved to another guy where he rushed and mad them even shorter and not the shape I wanted. Then asked what color and moved me to another chair with a different person and brought a color that didn't even match what a picked then I tried to tell him what I wanted and he acted like he didn't understand what I wanted and I showed him pictures and explained and all I wanted was my ring finger white and glittery with the res
