Jones Road

I love the products but not the staff that work at the Montclair location. I've been there several times and always leave bothered by the interactions with some of the staff. I walked in today and two staffers didn't even look up when I entered the store. I stood by the entrance for several minutes when finally someone noticed me, then directed a makeup artist to assist me. Tina was the person who assisted me and she was very nice and answered all of my questions. The other person who seemed like the manager was very rude and dismissive.

So great. Had an excellent experience at this shop. The makeup artist assisted me with trying all the products that I was interested in and helped me find the best shades of each. I’m loving the makeup. It’s exactly what I wanted, light, fresh and natural. It gives me a dewy glow and I’m very happy. The price point is also very reasonable and high quality ingredients.

Hello! I had the pleasure of visiting the Jones Road flagship store in Montclair, NJ last week — my first time there. As someone who doesn’t typically wear makeup, I was curious about the brand and excited to explore the products. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by Tina, who kindly took the time to speak with me, even while she was in the middle of lifting a box. Her friendly and approachable demeanor immediately put me at ease. Tina was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering all of my questions and offering helpful guidance. It’s clear that she’s passionate about what she does, and it truly shows. She helped me choose colors that suited me best and recommended products that would complement my natural features. She even took the time to demonstrate how to apply

I like the Jones Rd products, but my experience at the Montclair Store was very disappointing. I was greeted by a nice young man who told me the make up artist could help me find products. The make up artist was not helpful. She was not interested in helping to find the right products for me. She seemed bored and like she didn’t want to be there. When I asked her advice she shrugged and said it depends on what I like. I was also disappointed that there were no free gifts offered for the amount of money I spent. Most cosmetic brands offer courtesy gifts. A very uncomfortable and disappointing Experience.

Officially obsessed with jones road products. I went into the Montclair store 2 weeks ago and was helped with Greta. She did an amazing job with picking the right makeup for my skin tone and explaining the products and application. Can’t wait to go back!
