I had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional expertise of Dustin and Scott at the Jones Road Beauty store in Dallas. Both Dustin and Scott are incredibly skilled in applying Jones Road's skincare and beauty products, and they also provide outstanding instruction on how to best utilize them. Personally, I booked a makeup session with Scott, and I was absolutely thrilled with the results and his knowledge. My daughter-in-law also attended a training session with Dustin, and she was equally impressed with his teaching methods and product knowledge. Based on these positive experiences, I wholeheartedly recommend scheduling an appointment at the Dallas location, particularly if you have an upcoming special event where you want to feel and look your absolute best. I'd seen their products advertised on social media platforms but didn't want to buy online without getting expert advice on shades. I was so fortunate to meet Dottie, a woman my own age who understood the look I wanted and my frustration with the makeup I'd been wearing since I was 30. She helped my pick the perfect shades. I've been happy with the products, Miracle Balm and a lovely tinted moisturizer. Jones Road products aren't cheap, but they work perfectly on my senior skin and a little goes a long way. And you can't beat the service! Ask for Dottie. You'll love her.

Jones Road was at a pop up off the Katy Trail. They were so nice & the product is spectator. I walked into the store today & was so warmly greeted by everyone working. GREAT PEOPLE!! If in the area & curious, I strongly recommend you stop in & feel the same warmth.

THE STORE IS AMAZING!!! I was able to attend opening day. The store is very Bobbi! The customer service is excellent. I felt very welcome upon entry. The only thing that went wrong with my visit is that I forgot to purchase the golden powder that I need. I also plan on looking at eyebrow pencils on my next visit. I will definitely be a regular at Jones Road.
