i am new to the danbury area and i walk in this barbershop without an appointment and the owner was very professional and understanding and assigned me a barber immediately. great service and friendly environment, my haircut came out great and the price of the haircut was fair. i recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice haircut in a friendly inviting place 👍

He recommended me to another barber, Ryan, and to my (very positive) surprise, I received the exact same level of quality. I’m new to the area and went to 3 different barber shops to get my son a haircut. The staff are welcoming and friendly. My son loved his haircut by Aurther, he paid attention to detail and took his time. On top of his fresh cut the price was great too. Will definitely be coming back.

I have been a loyal customer of this establishment since the 8th grade, always requesting the same haircut, yet on my most recent visit I was subjected to an appalling level of incompetence when, instead of receiving my usual style, I was given a buzz cut so atrocious, vulgar, and unprofessional in appearance that the service was ultimately rendered free of charge—an empty gesture given the irreparable result. To worsen matters, three different barbers attempted to correct the disaster, only to admit in visible confusion that nothing could be done, leaving me with an unacceptable outcome that speaks volumes about the lack of skill, consistency, and accountability within this establishment.
