**An Exceptional Experience from Start to Finish – Highly Recommend!** I can't say enough good things about this salon! My mom has been raving about this place for so long that she drives 45 minutes one way just to come here, and now I completely understand why. We originally had an appointment scheduled just for my daughter, but Jon went absolutely above and beyond by staying open an entire hour past closing time to accommodate my wife as well. His dedication to his craft and his clients is truly remarkable. We even told him he could skip blow-drying her hair to save time, but he insisted on doing it anyway because he genuinely wanted to make sure she was completely pleased with the results. John Ramos was so thorough and fantastic with my Keratin treatment, my super curly, super long, super thick hair is straight, and smooth, and amazing!!! Cannot say enough good things about quality of work, and time they put in to make sure it came out unbelievable! Worth EVERY penny!!! I came in with all the curls (last two photos), and left with silky straight hair!!!

John did an amazing job with my haircut and color! He was super friendly, listened to exactly what I wanted, and made the whole experience really enjoyable. His wife Claudia also had the best input that made the cut even more flattering—such a great team! The color turned out beautiful, and I left feeling so confident. Highly recommend!

I have visiting this salon for 5 years and have never been disappointed. It is a clean and welcoming place , run by husband- wife duo. Jon does a great job of recommending hairstyles while respecting the customers' choices. I recommend calling at least a week in advance to secure your appointment.

Based on what I’ve personally observed, there appears to be activity that reflects negatively on professionalism, including false public commentary and defamation about another businesses whom I know at a personal level. This has raised concerns for me and influenced my decision not to engage further.
