Jollys Threading & Waxing Salon

I recently visited this waxing salon for eyebrow threading and a Brazilian wax, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. I only decided to do a Brazilian here because my usual lady was not available and I was about to go on vacation in a couple days. When I first walked in, one of the employees briefly said hello, but no one properly acknowledged me or asked what service I was there for. I stood at the front for about five minutes before anyone gestured for me to sit down. There was no communication or customer service — just pointing to a seat. After getting my eyebrows threaded, I informed the technician that I also wanted a Brazilian wax since no one had asked me when I arrived. Absolutely loved my experience here .jolly was so friendly and really took the time to shape my brows perfectly for my face. Clean, relaxing space and amazing results every time. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to this salon for a while now, and Inda is absolutely the best! She’s consistent every single time — always remembers my preferences without me having to say a word. I’ve referred several of my friends and colleagues to her, and she’s taken great care of all of them too. I don’t trust anyone else with my brows — Inda truly has the magic touch!

I gave 5 stars a while ago but wanted to add to this review. I started seeing Nidhi (I hope I got it right!). She’s usually the last chair all the way inside the shop. My eyebrows have been in their best shape thanks to her! She listens to my requests and works her magic. Not just that, but it’s practically painless! She works quickly and yet with such precision I personally don’t feel much if any pain during my threading session with her. Also you really can’t beat the prices at Jolly’s. I’m just so happy I found them. I refuse to go anywhere else even since I moved and it’s out of the way.

I have been coming to Jollys for many years and this is by far the best experience I’ve had with threading my eyebrows. The owner is so friendly and she does such an amazing job. I’ve gotten so many compliments, and it’s only because of this salon. All of the workers are very nice and I have gotten waxing from them before as well. I highly recommend them to everyone!
