If you are looking for clean fades or a professional cut, you will not find a better barber than Joliena in the Bethesda area (I have looked and tried). Especially for the prices she charges. And she won’t take 40 minutes+ either.

Best barbershop ever! Jenny is very professional and talented and always delivers the same, perfect cut. She will remember what she did the time before so you do not need to explain what you want every time. Highly recommend this business.

Thoroughly disappointed by how Joliena cut my hair on 1/31 in the evening. All I asked was a clean up with slight trim on the sides and she completely chopped the hair off. I was even more angry at the fact that she decided to trim my beard without my permission. By the time I could even realize it, she put the trimmer on my beard which I was growing since a month. Thanks for ruining my evening and the day. I understand language is a barrier but I have had haircuts in similar establishments with the barber having the decency to ask me before they even touched my beard. I would have given zero stars if I was able to. I would never ever go to this facility.

The best barber and salon in Bethesda. Jenny does it all: family haircuts, styled looks, and blowouts. Prices start at $18. Such a deal! And the new shop is beautiful. I’ve used Jenny for more than 8 years, and I’m always impressed with her services!
