Called as a walk-in and they were able to get me in right away. I had Dip powdered nails that had to be removed and I wanted dip French tip. The guy who did my nails (Tony) I think he said his name was overall did a good job on making them look nice. I even told him they look good, but he was very rough with my nails and using his tools made me bleed. The top of my fingers are skinned down from his tools and files. He smiled a bit when I pulled my hand back when he was hurting me. The nails itself look nice, but OUCH.

Tried this salon for the first time and it was a horrible experience from start to finish. My sister and I had scheduled appointments for 5:15 and got there on time. All the techs were busy with other customers, so they gave us bowls of acetone to remove our current dip, except the acetone provided was cold (has always been hot at every other nail salon I’ve been to), so it did NOTHING to remove the dip we had on. We sat there for 45 MINUTES (not exaggerating) soaking our nails before anyone came to start on our nails. Neither of our techs even asked what shape we wanted, and did a sloppy job with the random shapes we were assigned. My shape isn’t even consistent, and neither is the length. My tech also did a horrible job evening out the dip before applying the final coat, so I ended up wi

I go in for a FILL right? I haven’t even had these nails for two weeks, they’re still doing pretty good on my fingers, hardly lifting, right? Well tom decides to rip off all of my nails and charge me for a full set. Not to mention he charged me $70 for french tips, when I previously was charged $65 for a far more detailed set.

I would love to give 5 stars because they ladies were absolutely amazing! But, o just went today to get my nails done for my birthday, and I got home and realized some of my nails are super crooked and a huge chunk of the color on my thumb chipped when I was sleeping. I spent $85 with tip and am so upset they chipped and are not holding up like they should. EDIT 7/11/25 I went in yesterday and Tim or tom (I’m sorry I can’t remember) the did my nails, reshaped them and I had the color changed AND IM SO IN LOVE WITH THEM NOW. I still had to pay $65 which sucks cause I wanted to give him a bigger tip but didn’t have much money on me at the time. Definitely will only book with him. THANK YOU THANKYOU THANKYOU. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My hands were bleeding throughout the appointment because my cuticles were over-sanded and cut too far down. The shaping extended past the nails, cutting into the skin near the tips of my fingers. The drying light caused a burning sensation on the areas that had been cut. At one point, I even cried. The nail technician noticed and said “sorry,” but that was the extent of the response. I asked for rounded nails, but they turned out more square than expected. A couple of nails are also thicker, longer, or slightly uneven compared to the others. The nail technician wasn’t wearing gloves or a mask, which made the process feel unhygienic. This experience was very disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this salon.
