If you’re not a regular customer meaning going there faithfully for years or you’re black please steer away from this place they don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in the door I spent $150 for a fill-in overlay and pedicure this includes the $15 tip I gave them within three days my nail polish was chipped and I had to get one nail fixed because it cracked. when I came back in I was charged for the chip nail polish and a cracked nail I paid the fee and the next day the same nail cracked again and the polish chipped I came back in for a third time and was charged yet again the next day my toenail polish completely peeled off these people charge you for low quality products and mediocre service at best . First; let me start by saying that I understand everyone has different experiences. However; I went to Jolie’s Nails today for a pedicure and was blown away by the service and cleanliness. I was asked through each section of the “Jolie special” how I was? Jolie did an awesome job on the overdue pedicure. If you are hesitant to go to this shop, don’t any longer, GO! You will be glad you did!

Awful service I went in got a full set. The service was rushed and poor. At the end when asked if my nails were ok I said no then I was met with hostility and rudeness instead of problem solving. All around bad experience. I mean come on they’re different lengths uneven even my gel polish is poorly done. I’m sorry but I would not recommend.

I’ve been going to Johnny since before I was old enough to be allowed to get acrylics. It’s been over 20 years, and he will forever be my favorite. He truly is an artist at what he does. He takes my rough-looking, hair-dye-stained hands and turns them into a work of art every time!

Service was rushed, pedicure wasn't done right. Waited for almost an hour just for 2 pedicures. Water got cold no cares in the world.
