I’m a dark skin client that suffers from pcos so I’ve had a lot of facial hair. I must say that it’s been my second appointment and about 50% of the hair has came out and never grew back! This makes me feel some relief because Connie knows how to operate on darker skinned clients for laser hair treatments and I feel more secure with the hair on my face now between treatment. My skin is also looking a lot better!

This review is for laser hair removal with Connie. I’m sooo surprised I don’t see more advertising for this, and I feel lucky to have found this beauty salon! I’ve been getting laser on and off for years, and moved to the DMV and needed a new laser place for touch ups. I’m SO AMAZED by the machine that Connie uses. Unlike other machines, this one doesn’t hurt!! I did full body laser—including Brazilian (I did use numbing cream a bit there), but nothing hurt. The machine is so modern, it doesn’t take long to do your full body. It’s quick, efficient, painless, and even gives you a cooling sensation as it passes through your skin. I am compelled to share my extremely negative experience with this laser hair removal provider. I underwent six sessions, and the results were absolutely terrible, as if I never had any treatment at all. During the third session, I was promised that I would be amazed by the results, but the reality was the complete opposite. I was extremely disappointed, and my body looks exactly the same as before. This provider is dishonest and takes money without delivering any results. It’s clear that she has no integrity and is essentially scamming people by making false promises. Every time I've called, they answer my questions and accept Groupon discounts. Very professional and good customer service. I like the cleanliness of the salon. The laser hair removal procedure is quick and painless. I like the text reminders and they also call to confirm appts.
