Save yourself the time and money DO NOT come here. If I could give NEGATIVE stars I really would!! I don’t understand how you can mess up a simple FRENCH TIP. Spent 3 hours getting my toes done and acrylic nails. The nails were so thick and misshapen, and the nails looked nothing like what I asked for. I’ve been here before and never had issues like this. I politely asked the nail tech to file them down several times and he didn’t listen. I had been there for so long I just wanted a soak off and refund but they said they give no compensation and will only fix them. They were hardly willing to work with me and even after they were fixed I was still ugly. I’ve seen teenagers on social media do better nails 10x over.

Wonderful experience and enjoyable. I went for a simple no polish mani/pedi and had great service. I feel much much better now after about two months of neglect! It felt amazing and I will be returning!

Jo Jo Nail Lounge has never let me down! Each and every staff member is top notch. They are efficient and kind. They are so incredibly sweet to my elderly mom, as well. I recommend this nail salon to all of my friends. Katie is my very favorite.

I moved to Lubbock in 2020 and for over 3 1/2 years I frequently looked for a salon to do my nails like I actually asked and not how they wanted to do them. Then I finally found JoJo Nail lounge and this is where I’ll continue going to get my nails done because I get exactly what I ask for! Price doesn’t break the bank and I can schedule an appointment a day or two before I need them done. They always have plenty of staff and I’m always in and out in less than an hour! Most importantly, I’ve seen them take walk ins when they were swamped and even close to closing time, they never refuse service to anyone no matter how busy they are! BEST SALON IN LUBBOCK!

I got my nails done by katie I believe that was her name but I could be wrong. I got builder gel because I wanted something that would last long. At least 3 to 4 weeks . I’m not sure if she was in a hurry or what but she was rushing. Sadly the builder gel was coming off after one week which is crazy total waste of money.
