Yesterday, I had an amazing experience at JoJo’s Braiding Salon, a professional hair braiding shop located in Fayetteville, Georgia. From the moment I walked in, I felt truly welcomed. JoJo, the owner, was my braider, and she was beyond professional—kind, courteous, and incredibly attentive. The atmosphere was absolutely refreshing. She played gospel and praise & worship music, which truly ministered to me and created a peaceful, uplifting environment. JoJo’s professionalism was stellar from start to finish. When I tell you, if NEGATIVE stars could be given, I would give it. I should’ve not returned after the initial style that was placed against my better judgement & the changing of price at the end. I initial had a half cornrow braid & sew in curly style that I returned 4 weeks later to boho braid the front for a fresh look for a trip. I am sooo upset because I told them to make sure the track was covered, the person they put on my head agreed. I should’ve known this was not going to be the case when the braid pattern did follow along the lines of covering what was behind the front half of my head only braiding to the side. Half way through then proceeded to ask if I wanted to use all the human hair bundles (2) i brought because it would be an additional 20$ to add more boho hairs aka the se

I recently visited this braiding shop, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! JoJo, the owner, is incredibly communicative and keeps everything running smoothly. From the moment I walked in, she was attentive, making sure I was seated promptly and well taken care of. The entire staff has such a friendly, welcoming vibe—it feels like family. The energy in the shop is unmatched, and you can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do. One worker today patiently helped me choose the color I wanted, and had a great attitude. With service like this, I will happily give my money to this shop every time. I 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a great braiding experience! I have never had any problems with my hair, ever!

I just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH! Ms. JoJo. You showed what it means to go above and beyond for your customers. My mom came from out of town to get het hair done for a special trip. She went to Ouchless braids in Fayetteville. This was worst and painful experience ever, for my mom. My mom asked for crochet braids and this is what she got in the picture below. I told the stylist mom wasn’t satisfied, she said it’s not her fault it’s the type of hair we chose. Long story short… I went to Ms. JoJo and showed her moms hair, this beautiful sister took mom in immediately and redid her hair. Word can’t explain how grateful I am for JOJO turning a horrible experience into a beautiful one❤️ Look at the difference!!! JoJo slayed!
