Ms. Joicee has been my hair braider for a couple of years now and she is like family now. Every time i get my hair done she is very friendly and accommodating. She makes sure my hair is nice and neat. I would recommend her shop if you like a friendly no drama setting. I always feel right at home and she always has a smile on her face.
