Disappointing Customer Experience and Signs of Profiling I’ve been a customer of this store, but my recent experience has left me frustrated and concerned. As a young progressive Black American, I’m acutely aware of how staff behavior can shape whether communities feel welcome or targeted. What happened: After purchasing an item, I relied on a cashier to place it securely in my weight vest so I could continue my workout on the go. I walked home, which isn’t far from the store. Upon arriving home, I discovered the item was missing. I immediately called the store to review the situation. Instead of a thorough resolution, I felt the store conducted a shame video search and the outcome did not feel fair. They always have what I need to buy for my hair other Beauty products, there professional and friendly and always clean very organized

It's alright. I don't care how they follow you around the store if they think you are taking too long in an aisle. Also when you ask the price they get snippy with you. The store has nice stuff but sometimes you don't feel like the hassle.

I drive there twice a month from Atlantic City to shop I love this store and they are so nice

The store is always clean and organized. The sales staff are very helpful and courteous. I like how bright it is there. It makes it more attractive to want to shop in there. I don't like gloomy looking stores. I always go here when I am shopping on Chelten Avenue. I like that one of the associates speaks very good English. I think that is necessary when you are in a predominantly Arican-American neighborhood. The language barrier can be an issue sometimes in these Asian owned stores. They need to learn the English language more and we as customers need to demand it more and then some.
