Johnny's Beauty Supply

I am not happy shopping here. The customer service is not good. Everything is looked up and hard to access when it comes to human hair. The hair is inflated so much that I feel like I’m being cheated out of money. The hair costs 20-30 more dollars than it would be from the source. In addition, I always have trouble getting Assitance to get hair from behind the counter. Their attitudes aren’t the best and I feel they need to appreciate customers more.

Poor quality products. I will never buy from again. After years of support and lots of money. I was sold a defected product and I was told it was my fault. Poor customer service.

The only person that was very nice and friendly to me. Is when Johnny was working there or his wife. That was years ago. They were very sweet and helpful. But now you have these new people who follow you around. I like it better when Johnny was around including his wife.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The owners/people who work here are INCREDIBLY rude and discriminatory. This is the only beauty supply in Carson that doesn’t greet customers, are unknowledgeable about products and black hair, and have a horrible disposition every time you visit. The prices for EVERYTHING is higher and i hate giving this place my money.

Johnny's is stocked with every hair essential. On my visit I found everything I needed.
