I would have been a new client! Scheduled for 5:30 I arrived early because I was getting a spiral perm! When I arrived I was told Pam will be with you in a few minutes! I sat and waited 5:30 came around no Pam! She didn’t even introduce herself or acknowledge I was even there. At 5:50 I got up and asked who is Pam .. she then informed me it would be at least another 20-25 minutes more! Knowing this loss of an hour and what I was scheduled for she sent her assistant to reschedule and I herd the woman mumbling under their breath I was so disgusted I left! Completely disgraceful on the treatment I encountered I won’t go back! I love New Castle plan on buying a home here and I shop local but never will I step foot in this place again!

I have been going here for over 12 years and will never go anywhere else. It's a small shop that has clientele as old as the shop. There are a lot of a younger crowd too. It's a great one on one experience. You are treated as family here, it's hard to find that anywhere else. Try it for yourself, you won't be disappointed!
