I went here to get an updo for my friend’s wedding, and I couldn’t have been happier with the result! Melissa really listened to what I wanted and created something even more beautiful than I imagined. My hair stayed perfectly in place all day and night, even through dancing, and I got so many compliments. I’ll definitely be coming back for future events and highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for professional, gorgeous styling!

Outstanding stylists, outstanding service, and very reasonably priced. I visited John Bacon Salon for the first time recently. Not only was my hairdresser (Jen) an outstanding stylist, she also offered me valuable, professional-level insight specific to my hair-type and was extremely communicative throughout the whole hair-cutting process. As someone who has struggled in the past to find a salon with this level of attention to detail, I was ecstatic to have discovered this complete diamond in the rough. I would highly recommend the John Bacon Salon to anyone in Rhode Island!

Absolutely amazing. Maryse was my stylist and she’s amazing and great!!!! Feel like a brand new woman ♥️ I initially went in for a perm but because of my hair color, she said that doing a perm would make my already damaged hair worse. So back to my natural color and hopefully healthy hair soon.

Had a very relaxing cut and color (roots touch up) with Melissa. My first time here but I’ll definitely be back. Lots of space in this beautiful salon. Call to make an appointment right now! Pictures awkward because it started to snow while I was in there and I walked right out into it, trust me the hair looks good.

John Bacon salon is hands down the best salon in Rhode Island. I come here for my routine cut and color and even had my wedding hair (and all my bridesmaids’ hair) styled with John’s team. Fantastic is an understatement for the work that John and his staff produces. Their attention to detail, cleanliness, timeliness, and friendliness are all exceptional. Highly recommend!!
