First it was difficult to get an appointment time ..no spots are available before 430pm on weekdays ..I waited 2 weeks to get an appt. When I agreed to a particular date and time and asked her to put me in , I never received a text or email confirming my appt. I waited a full day day and a half for her to reply back to my text . When I told her I would call Groupon and ask for a refund, miraculously an email came to confirm my appt. Despite my doubts of wanting to still ask for a refund from Groupon , I decided to give her a chance . Well I showed up for my appointment and she didn’t show up!!! Her partner attempted to call her and so did I , no answer . No communication from her prior that she needed to cancel . POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! Don’t waste your time and the place is in a warehou
