I can’t say enough good things about Johana Pacheco Hair Beauty Studio. Johana is truly gifted at what she does. There is a language difference, but I would never call it a barrier we simply speak different languages. She always understands exactly what I want and can also tell me that it might be not be possible but tells me what she is going to do instead. I completely trust her because I leave every single time completely satisfied, which says everything. Beyond her talent, Johana is incredibly welcoming and genuinely customer-oriented. I have a lot of hair, so my appointments take time, and instead of rushing or making it feel like a burden, she went out of her way to make me comfortable. I’m new to the city and was looking for a salon in Roanoke when someone recommended Johana Pacheco Professional. I’m very careful about who I trust with my hair, and I don’t go to just any stylist—but Johana truly exceeded my expectations. I felt very well taken care of from the moment I arrived. Her studio is comfortable, welcoming, and has a great atmosphere. You can tell she works with love and passion for what she does, and her customer service is excellent. I cannot recommend this place enough. The service that both Johana and Matias provide is top tier. I have been getting my hair done here since 2020, and I’ve even traveled 2 and a half hours just to get my hair done by them because I’m very specific about who I let touch my hair due to some bad experiences in the past at other hair salons. Johana is not only an expert at what she does, but also very honest and upfront about what she can do AND what she thinks is best for your hair, health wise. Matias is super attentive and always makes sure to go out of his way to make sure you’re comfortable. If you are debating if you should book or not, do it!
