I walked in here in the evening on the eighth of a holiday and Jennifer did an excellent job, giving me a French manicure with the silver line. She was fast and efficient. All the ladies here was very courteous and accommodating, and I will be back again. I highly recommend why don’t we stick

I went in for a UV gel manicure. I left with the green manicure pictured, my nails were lumpy and very thick. I asked for almond shape- which I usually get at my normal salon… they tried to charge me an extra $10, ridiculous! I was not happy with my nails once I left so I called back the next day and asked to come in to fix the thickness and lumpiness. When I arrived at the salon they were extremely rude to me. I normally do not complain in these type of situation, but I saw their sign posted that said, “if you like our services please tell your friends and family, if you don’t like our services please let us know”. Awesome service. Amy and Jennifer hooked me up with an amazing pedicure and uv gel fill and gel color. It was my first time there and I will definitely go back! I highly recommend.

I am truly hurt and deeply disappointed. I’ve been coming here for my brows for as long as I can remember, and never once have I experienced anything like this. This time, layers of my skin were peeled off, leaving my brows red, swollen, and irritated. What upset me even more was the owner’s complete lack of concern—no apology, no offer of a refund or gift card, nothing. That kind of disregard for a client’s well-being is unacceptable. If this happened to me, I can only imagine what could happen to someone else. Businesses that don’t value or care for their customers simply don’t deserve them. I got a gel manicure on Friday at 5:00 pm and by Sunday at 3:00 pm. it was peeling off. I went back on Monday and asked for a refund and was told no. I was told it probably peeled because I was working. I was in fact not working at all. They offered to redo them for me. I kindly said no thank, I want my money back and was told no. I have used Joey’s before. I have had to return multiple times to have my powder gel manicure fixed 3 times in one week, but I still returned with my business. I will not be returning.
