Allow me to explain! There was a time I spoke highly about you as well to my friends until last time you cut my hair. I asked you for a specific hair cut. You looked at the picture and said "It's not going to be exactly like that." I told you I understand as long as it looks something close I am good. I was surprised you gave me a whole different hair cut which doesn't even look anything close to the picture I showed you. The real question is do you have the ability to give me that exact hair cut that I asked for? The answer is of course or else I wouldn't have came to you in the first place ! But I could tell that day you were not motivated to give me that specific hair cut that I asked for because that hair cut takes more time!
