I had such a great experience at JOA’s Beauty Salon! I went in for hair extensions, and from the very first consultation Laurita was completely transparent about all my options, maintenance, and pricing. I really appreciated how honest and informative she was. The salon has a super welcoming, home-y vibe, and everyone there is so empowering and uplifting. They took the time to explain the products and the type of hair they were using, and I felt really taken care of the whole time. My extensions came out beautiful, and the appointment reminders were a nice touch too. I definitely recommend JOA’s and Laurita!
