Gave me heat damage and my hair smells like perm, no matter how much times I wash it, the smell is stuck & its driving me crazy. Ruined my leave out/curls and $600 raw hair bundles with whatever he put in my hair and the amount of passes he went over with the blow dryer and flat iron. I usually don't go to Dominican salons but I gave them the benefit of doubt, since my stylist was overbooked & the store has good reviews, I should have noticed that these reviews are from 3 years ago! I spent 2.5 hours in a chair getting my hair straightened. After 2.5 hours my hair was still puffy and my edges weren't even flat ironed. I just left at that point, the man doing my hair was really nice, but he doesnt know what he's doing and I didnt want him to keep playing in my hair.. I feel bad writing thi

I had a wonderful experience getting highlights in my hair, the service was great and i was very pleased with my hairstylist. She was welcoming and very gentle with my hair. Will be going back again in the future.

Her establishment is warm the vibe is beautiful. Joaquina is about her business she knows what she doing. It's not about the money. She enjoys taking care of your hair. Her staff is good as well.
