I told them to keep long on the forehead and they cut half of the length on the forehead which i’ve been growing for past months and the person who cut me was a mexican curly head doesn’t now know how to do is job. Never going there again. Also i got charged 35$ no tip just for a taper and mest up hair cut? open them eyes 💀.

I made an appointment for Saturday the 19th at 3:00pm and the girl who was supposed to cut my hair cancelled two hours before due to an emergency, which I understand, things happen. Now that isn't really the issue, the real issue is that she messaged me and OFFERED to cut my hair at 12pm Sunday – which they are closed on – or later on in the week, which I couldn't do because I work. I figured she was making an exception and was going to take me despite it being closed because she felt bad for cancelling, but I went today at noon and no one was there. I even tried to text AND call her at the number she used to message me and she never even attempted to get back at me. This was extremely frustrating because yesterday and today are the only days I had time to get my haircut for my boyfriend's

I've never had my hair bleached and I've been wanting to get highlights for the longest time but can't seem to find someone who I can trust and feel comfortable to do my hair I found Joanna through IG friends who is a client and I was amazed so I checked her IG page and boy as soon I saw her work I made the appointment right away through her website which is so convenient I got in the same week. I showed her what I want she told me that she will work her best to get the light color I wanted even though I have my hair dyed red and sure enough she did it and I couldn't be happier with the result. I highly recommend Joanna and her salon for hair cuts the staff are so friendly and so good will make my boys for their next hair cut here.
