From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism by Shannon and Jacie at the front desk—they made the check-in process seamless and so pleasant. My aesthetician, Airy (part of the amazing JV team), gave me the Master Oxygen Purifying Facial along with a Body Booster treatment. I was treated by Marisa, and at almost 8.5 months pregnant, I truly couldn’t have asked for a better aesthetician. She was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and intuitive — she knew exactly how to tailor the treatment so I felt completely relaxed, refreshed, and genuinely radiant afterward. I’ve been seeing Marisa at the Brooklyn location for monthly facials for several months now and could not recommend her more!
