The gentleman there was very helpful with all my questions and provided valuable information on the products I was looking for. I bought more than I planned BUT I’m so glad I did. They have a large selection of all things lashes and have rooms to rent! I will definitely be back.

The owner called us stupid for wanting to test the product! We called to ask if we can test the tweezer , so we asked for glue , the owner said “ you sound stupid” to my mother ! Very disrespectful !!!! Disappointed!!!!!!!!! The products are cheap and and over priced! How do you call a customer stupid ? When we just wanted to test if the product is good or not ! So disappointed!

The owner was contacted over the phone, and instead of helping, he told me I “sound stupid.” This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service when just asking about product samples. I cannot recommend this place.

I've been to a few lash supply stores in DFW and usually buy a good amount of my products on Amazon but JN Lash Supply always has the best products (and the cutest!) I love their lash trays and all the colors they have. Their gel pads are also the best quality I've used and I've tried many. The customer service is always great so I'll definitely be back to keep trying more of their stuff!
