i’m so upset that i have to write this review bc the girls in there are so sweet. however im from out of town and was there for my best friends baby shower. i paid for hers and mine as a gift. as you can imagine it was expensive and the be dry next day one of my nails began to lift and then eventually fall off. they fixed it but i had to wait a short while. i obviously went back to my hometown — and now only 2 nails are left. i tipped beautifully and all they offered was a $25 refund. i’m just disappointed. i understand how business works as im a barber myself. if anyone is unhappy about their service, i immediately refund, no questions asked bc i care about my craft and i care about ppl and their money. i’m so upset about my nails. especially bc if the issue was me going to my nail place

I got my nails done this week and they are starting to fall off as if I put glue on nails on !. I paid 90$! And the don’t do fill ins !! I don’t recommend this place enless you want perfect nails for the day ! I highly recommend puff n nails in concord ! They do a great job and last long

10/10 service, James only seen my nail inspo pic once and got it down to the T!!!! Good nail salons are hard to find these day and this is definitely one of them!

I called at 5:15 to see if they could service me for a full set, thinking they closed at 7. It was Sunday & they still serviced me and didn’t make me feel bad about being the last customer! I stopped getting my nails done for a year because of terrible service, but I was happy to be taken care of by MIA & Helen! If Mia is not in charge, she should be!! Thank you thank you, I love my set

I got my nails done at the unit here in Concord on Saturday afternoon. It was the first time, I just asked to remove the gel nail I had and do a normal manicure. Without gel or acrylic, the same day at night the nail polish started to come off. I paid $49,45 for nothing, very disappointed with it.
