JLuxe Nails

I walked in with my nails half done and looking a disaster from another shop on my birthday and I was able to be seated right away, got an older asian gentleman who did such a good and attentive job. He quite literally saved the day and I was able to get $10 off because it was my birthday. There is a language barrier sometimes but we were still able to communicate when it mattered. The shop was clean and plenty spacious, they service was quick and although a bit expensive (I paid $60 for a builder gel fill in and gel polish) I think it’s worth it for the level of service I got.

Really disappointed in my recent experience at this nail salon. I had come once before and had loved my gel manicure so I decided to come back with a dear friend of mine visiting from overseas. Ended up butchering his cuticles to the point they were all severely bleeding while there. The staff had to get a first aid kit to wrap his fingers up. He was in extreme pain for days after that. On top of that, we still had to pay full price for the rushed and poor service. My french gel manicure was also subpar and chipped moments after leaving. All in all, will not be coming back.

Layla did my nails and she did such a good job. This place was nice and was clean. They also offer so many services, i will be back soon!

Today was my first time visiting this salon and my exceptions by far superseded ! From the easy booking to the warm welcoming by the salon staff . Lily was my technician and she was great and paid close attention to detail . Will definitely be returning .

What a great experience! First time here and I requested cat eye nails and Linda delivered! Definitely come here if you want asian inspired nails as well as custom designs!
