Wow, first and foremost Joshua was absolutely incredible. I met him through my husband. He is kind, respectful, and very knowledgeable about what he does. I went there because I have struggled with back pain and poor posture. I did the 10 sessions which translates into two sessions a week for five weeks and I noticed an incredible transformation. I noticed that my posture is more consistently straighter and he taught me ways on how to adjust my everyday movement. If you’re debating on if this is worth it or not, it’s worth it!! And go twice a week for the best benefit!

When I came to Josh, I had been dealing with severe right shoulder pain for about six months, and no massage therapist seemed able to fix it. On top of that, I was also having issues with my hip. After completing 10 sessions with Josh, I’m thrilled to say my hip feels 100% better, and within just the first three sessions, he relieved the shoulder pain that no one else could. I highly recommend Josh to anyone struggling with chronic pain or mobility issues. His technique restored my range of motion and allowed me to enjoy going to the gym pain-free again.

I highly recommend Josh. I did the 10 sessions package and saw significant benefits to my body. I am a very active 65-year-old; however, over the years, my poor posture and movements had created multiple issues with my shoulders, hips and legs. Josh has the knowledge, insight and skills to make significant improvements in my posture, walking and exercising which have reduced pain and improved my mobility. I cannot say enough about the magic Joshua Lee performs. I was scheduled for surgery to remove scar tissue and identify where the nerve pain was originating. In just one session he was able to help my hand and wrist heal. I have avoided surgery and have regained the use of my hand. If you are having any mobility issues or constant/intermittent pain, don’t walk - RUN to see him. You won’t regret it

Josh did an excellent job relieving areas of tightness and soreness I had in my legs and back. I strongly suggest the complete set of sessions to get the full benefit of Josh’s bodywork expertise. His studio is very professional and relaxing. I look forward to my as needed “tune up sessions” in the future!
