Very disappointed. Love the color but she put 4 layers of gel polish on top of 3 layers of dip. My nails feel so heavy. My first experience with only dip was great. The nail tech said doing dip + gel polish was the same as just dip, it’s not. I wont be going back to pay $48 plus tip.

I've given this salon multiple chances because it's close to home and I like the environment. However, I have received 2 very bad manicures. The most recent time, they did the complete opposite of what I asked for, including the shape, length, and materials used. I explained what I wanted multiple times, even halfway through the manicure, and they still didn't listen. After filing my nails, they didn't have me wash my hands, so the polish went over all the dust. The filing part was also pretty painful. The acrylic (which I didn't want in the first place) is on my skin. After getting home, I had to file them myself to fix them as much as I could. I would not recommend this salon and will not be going back. I've attached photos of what I asked for vs. what I got.

My newest set I got done today. I absolutely love it. This was my 2nd visit here and I dont have any complaints from either visit. Everyone is so kind, they do a great job, very friendly. So glad I finally found a nail salon that Im happy with.

This was by far the worst service i’ve ever received. i’ve been getting my nails done (acrylic) for 6-7 years and never once has this happened to me. i asked for a specific art work (i had a photo on my phone for reference) and all i needed was a fill. This employee coated so much acrylic, didn’t file it correctly so it’s uneven, and painted so many layers of nail polish on its peeling. NEVER had my nail polish PEELED ON ACRYLIC. i also got the same color on my toes.. all cracked and broken. i got them done exactly a week ago. they charged me $130 plus tip. OUTRAGEOUS. they even blamed me for calling and saying it started peeling. i also included my reference photos.

Got the cat eye look done by james he did a very good job theyre friendly and very gentle most shops ive gone to make my nails hurt after.
