I was all good with the slow service I received bc I noticed how hard the ladies worked with only 2 nail techs.I was never asked what shape I wanted my nails, I guess the nail tech decided for me 🤷🏽‍♀️ Also, my nails were not evenly shaped or even in length. It wasn’t until until I was quoted $27 for a REGULAR pedicure and removal of my previous polish and $40 for SNS nails and my total came to $75 that I decided I would never return. I didn’t even question, I guess a personal tip was added. You live and learn: 40+27=67.

I typically do not write reviews, but my daughter an I went here based on the good reviews she saw here and I must say, we were HIGHLY disappointed. We both showed Kevin photos of the Christmas designs we wanted and He assured us they could do them; he quoted me $35 for what I wanted yet while in the process the girl working on my nails (Gel) did one nail on each hand with a design, not at all what Kevin stated she could do based on what I wanted and the photo I showed him of a Santa hat (she said something about needing a powder to build it up which she didn't have or didn't want to do, i'm unsure about that part). So after finishing that one design, I asked about the other nails and pulled up the photo again with the snowflakes, she told me at that point I was at $30 with what she'd d

Wont be visiting again. I went here 6 days ago. My polish is already chipping, my pedicure was average - but shaping was not my nail tech's forte. My toes as well as hands were requested to be squared. My toenails ended up uneven (didnt notice until I got home). He attempted to make my nails square so much, they ended up in a coffin-ish shape instead. He was really slow. The place wasn't messy - but could still use a good deep cleaning. Pricing was good though (gel fill in & pedicure was $45 total). But all in all, I wasn't pleased

Wonderful first time experience! Kevin and all the staff were absolutely fantastic! Love this new SNS Ombre style!! Will definitely be back!

I walked in to inquire about pricing after reading the reviews and decided to try them out. I wanted Kevin to do my nails based on the other reviews. I was so glad I stopped by. Kevin did a fantastic job on my nails! His conversation was pleasant and inviting. He didn't rush despite other customers coming in. I was very satisfied and this will be my new "nail home."
