JK Nails

I have been coming to JK Nails for 10+ years. I have always had a great experience. Will is my favorite. He does a great job and I am always happy with my nails. If you are looking for place to get your nails done, be sure to check them out.

So sad that i have to write this review bc this place was always my go to. The lady that did my nails, Cindy, was a very sweet lady. She took an ingrown nail on both of my big toe, and the next morning i woke up to it pussing out horribly and badly infected. As you can see in the picture it looks horrible. The little spot on my shoes is the puss that was coming out of my toe. I would say it was my fault but it’s not because it wasn’t even 24 hours till i got my toes done and it got infected. I also had asked my friend that does nails and told me it is not my fault and that the tools that they use aren’t clean.

Loved the way Lisa did my nails so amazing. I do say to be patient with them as they are training two scheduling people. It was worth the wait 😊 I got milky white Gel X with some 💎 gems 💎 it was $70 plus a $10 tip ;)

Please save yourself your money and time. I’ve came to this salon 3 times prior to my visit today I had no issues. Always saw the bad reviews and ignored them because I’ve never had that bad experience until today. My left toe nail was cracked and my right toe nail was picked at over and over when I had told the lady to stop. She continued to pick at my nail and it continued to bleed again I told her to stop. When it came to paying I had to tell the receptionist about my bad experience she apologized and I told her I don’t want to make it a big deal I just wanted them to fix my nail. I wasn’t asking for a free service I was simply asking to resolve the issue in which they didn’t instead they began to argue with me that it was somehow my fault because I had an ingrown which is why it made m

These ladies don’t know how to cater to their clients. I read a few negative reviews and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I should have trusted my gut and gone somewhere else. I asked for the pink polka dot set pictured and left with horrible, clumpy, streaky, bubblegum pink disappointments. Still had to pay because the drama wasn’t worth it. If you want to treat yourself with your hard earned money, I promise you anywhere else would do a better job.
