I am extremely disappointed with how my recent issue was handled at this beauty supply store. I purchased a can of temporary hair color spray for a scheduled hair appointment. Upon arrival, my hairstylist discovered the spray nozzle was missing, making the product unusable and causing my appointment to be disrupted. I returned to the store the same day with my receipt to request a refund for a clearly defective product. Instead of honoring the refund, the employee ignored my request and removed the nozzle from another can to place it on mine, stating that the issue was “fixed.” This is not an acceptable resolution and raises serious concerns about product integrity and customer service standards. As a professional stylist I like that I can go here for the affirm relaxer if I did not have time to make it to the professional supplier. They also give 10% disciunt to license stylist. Prices not bad. Store is a little congested and small.

THIS STORE IS THE WORST EVER, THE LADY MARQUIS FORGOT MY LIPSTICK IN THE BAG AND WHEN I CAME TO COME BACK AND GET IT, SOME MAN SAID ITS TO LATE AND I DIDNT EVEN RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK AT LEAST. THIS IS THE WORST BECAUSE HE COULD HAVE MADE AN EXCEPTION SO NOW I DIDN'T GET MY LIPSTICK NOR MY 99 CENT BACK. I WOULD’NT RECOMMEND NO ONE COMING HERE. I EVEN BROUGHT MY RECEIPT UP HERE AND HE STILL DIDN'T EVEN HELP ME.
