To be my first facial I have to say that I was very scared as my skin is really sensitive. But she heard me and had the knowledge to know what will help me and not irritate. I appreciate her attention and relaxing vibe that made me feel safe. And the massage after the facial was amazing! Thank you Jacqueline 💕

Extremely unprofessional experience. I already rescheduled TWICE to accommodate them, and they still canceled on me last minute AGAIN. What’s frustrating is that they were the ones asking me to show them “grace” and be flexible, promising they could move my appointment to whatever day and time worked best for me. I adjusted my schedule for them, only to be canceled on yet again. To make matters worse, no one answers the phone when you try to call. It’s incredibly frustrating and shows a complete lack of respect for clients’ time. I understand that things happen, but don’t promise someone you can get them back in the next day if you know that’s not actually realistic. At this point it just feels like poor organization and worse communication. Save yourself the inconvenience and book some

Jacqueline did an amazing job with my house call deep cleansing facial. I had a trouble pimple on my nose and she did extractions, chemical exfoliation, and hi-frequency and it made a huge difference on my overall face. Thanks so much!
