Such a lovely experience ! Went here for the first time and the women did such a nice job with my pedicure and gel manicure. Such attention to detail in a very pleasant setting. It is a bit pricier than my usual place but worth every penny !

I had never been to this salon and decided to book and appointment based on its reputation. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. I tried to give the nail tech the benefit of the doubt because she seemed tired but I really don’t think there is an excuse for what I experienced. When I got to the salon, I had a gel pedicure on and in the process of taking off my gel polish, the nail tech filed my nail down WAY too thin on two of my toes. At the time, they hurt very badly, so I just had her do a basic pedi. Now that the nail polish has started to chip, I can see that there is blood underneath my nail. It is still very sore and hurts a bit. I am not saying this is a bad salon in general, but if you have specific things that need attention, maybe don’t go here. I really hope this

Great service and great quality with Specialists who really care! Heads up if you don’t get gel, the nail polish is high quality so needs extra time to dry

The worst! I’ve been coming for over 10 years and recently they have been mixing up the appointment times and then make it seem like it’s your fault. Very poorly managed and I would recommend York Think Pink which has much better customer service.

Literally the worst most unhygienic pedicure I have gotten. Rushed job, only 1 super thick coat for a jelly sheer polish. I'm not even sure she put top coat on. I was asked to pay as soon as I sat down and then she looked annoyed that I paid "only"20% for that pedicure. The worst thing is that she asked me and another customer to put on cuticle oil but it was a brush. When I asked for another applicator because that applicator just touched someone else's feet a minute ago, she curtly told me "just brush it on." Despite waiting 30 mins instead of her recommended 15 mins to dry because i saw her polish application, my toes look like the picture below not even a half block away. There was no offer for plastic wrap and my feet seemed dry to touch but I guess that's what happens when u glop o
