Loyal customer of Spa Nails II for about a year now! Ive never been dissatisfied with how my nails look after a visit. Tried out their sister store and left disappointed today. I’ve attached my “inspo” pic for the babyshower nails I wanted except in light pink. My tech was struggling to understand the designs/color I wanted. She did great on my nail length and shape, but the base color for my nails is so pale and splotchy? Ive gotten tips multiple times and never had a base come out like this. She could not recreate the plaid/gingham pattern so I asked her to erase and just do the tip instead. My babyshower is bee-themed so I wanted the little bee on my ring finger like in the picture, but she didn’t attempt it despite me pointing it out on the picture when I noticed it was missing. Such a fun experience at Jimmy's Nails. I loved my treats too. Diane did my nails today and Tom and Katie I highly recommend as well. Jennifer did the best pedi! Glad to have new options and thankful for the recommendation from Spa II nails.

I travel for work and this is one of the best salons I’ve been to! The environment is clean and inviting, all the staff are so kind and Katie did an amazing job on my nails. The little touches of offering water and snacks as well as the rewards system make this place stand out. Grateful to have found them!

This was my first time coming here! (& apparently with the new management) It was a great experience. Kelly did an amazing job with my nails. Almond & Chrome were add-ons, totaling $65. They have a cute event going on to spin the wheel that got me another 5% off. I just called ahead to see if they were busy, and they fit me right in as soon as I came in! Great ambience, and the ladies were so sweet. Even got a little drink & snack too! 10/10. Excited to try their brow wax, will be returning for sure ❤️
