My 5 year old needed to have her hair washed before her haircut. It is totally REASONABLE to ask a place to wash a child’s hair before cutting (especially if it’s long). They have one wash bowl, and it is NOT designed for the ability to use for a child. Despite a booster! Her hair cut is AWFUL! I look at her from a distance and can see the choppiness of it. Longer hairs sticking out. One side is shorter, and choppy as well (even in a ponytail). I asked for only a trim (not a fancy or difficult haircut). I asked for 3 inches to be taken off… she “eyed” it, and said 1.5 inches was 3. I corrected that mistake before she cut it. She measured it with a ruler, and admitted I was correct. My daughter was NOT wiggly! I also held her face gently as an extra measure of making sure she didn’t tilt it

I have never waited even one minute, the stylists are excellent and you are out the door with tip for $20. How can you not love this place??? The “vibes” are fine.

It was my first time there and Karina did a stellar job. Yes, it was an electric shave to the skin. However due to my work schedule my hair was grown out with going all different directions. Karina took her time and made sure that nothing was missed. I say that because my other barber I went to would At times shave my head but when I got home I could tell it was not skin tight nor did he use the appropriate shaver. At times I would have to hand shave my own head. I say all this because Karina did an excellent job and want to praise her for a job well done. I only wish I would’ve started going to have Karina shave my head sooner and saved myself a lot of headache.
